Files & Documents

The Files & Documents service allow to create and store all your documents, collect documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other files in one place. You can pin any file to your Dashboard, The selected documents like documents, powerpoint presentations or spreadsheets can be also edited directly in the web browser.

Menu bar

Menu bar when selecting a folder in Tree View:

  • Create document. Creates new document, spreadsheet or presentation

  • Upload. Opens a select item dialog to select files from your computer

  • Add folder. See How to create a new folder

  • More. Opens a list with various actions with folders

  • Open. Opens a highlighted file
  • Download. Downloads a highlighted file
  • Duplicate. Duplicates a highlighted file

  • Delete. Deletes the item

Documents folder tree

The folder tree shows a hierarchical view of all your personal item folders and also any public or shared folders you have subscribed.
